A full time, state licensed position since 1976 involving the exchange of real property to the general public for homes and businesses. This position requires a high level of ethics, being a team player, advising seller of enhancements for maximum salability, creation of ad marketing for publications, multiple listing specs, and market values and follow-ups. The buyer is also served by locating properties that meet buyer’s specifications. Creating, presenting and negotiating offers, and initiating meeting goal deadlines all require sensitivity, communication skills and legal knowledge in real estate law.  Level of performance resulted in National recognition for several Top Producer Awards through Prudential. Throughout her career, she has also been recognized by the IAR President’s Club for Multi-Million Dollar Sales, and received the Garnet Award for over $10,000,000 in sales in 2004.

In addition to her real estate career, she served on the Woodstock Planning Commission for 8 years. She also worked full time for 21 years as the Administrative Office Manager for the Chief of Police for the City of Woodstock. She was a member of the Woodstock Jaycees receiving the award for Outstanding Individual Development Project of the Year. Recently she completed a 3 year term as a board member for the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce. She has been very involved with her community that she loves.

She has resided in Woodstock for over 30 years and raised her two beautiful daughters as a single parent. They are now grown and have successful lives of their own which Lynn feels is her greatest priority and achievement in life. She now enjoys her two Yorkies who show continual unconditional love.
